No refunds. If you are not satisfied, we will re-perform the service, within 3 days. This does not include changing the polish color.

Appointments will be prioritized. Walk-ins serviced by next availability.

Please take time to dry your nails/toenails completely, we can not be responsible for polish once you leave the salon, but we will be more than happy to do a onetime touch-up.

We guarantee our customer's nails against breakage / gel polish chipping for 3 days from the service date.

We are not responsible for any irritation or allergic reaction associated with any products using in the salon. If you have any allergic or any medication that may result in an allergic reaction from the products we use, you must tell us before we start the process.

Gift Certificates are non-refundable. They can only used for service.

If you have any pre-existing medical condition such as diabetic, open cut/wounds, fungal nails infection, allergies, etc.. please inform us before we perform the service.
